The developer has placed new info with a picture of the owner of Blue Bear Toys. He has other sites up on the internet also with the same contact info. So you know its true, the same info is used with PayPal so I know this man was given the money. I hope everyone has contacted their credit card companies or banks. Also file a complaint with BBB of NY and with ic3.gov (federal section that reviews internet crimes).

This man should not be out doing any type of counseling to anyone when he has no integrity to anyone else.
