BLUE BEAR TOYS Blue Bear Toys- false advertising. never received product - ripp off BROOKLYN New York

I ordered a Wii 39 Game Bundle for $523.39 on Feb.13,2008. It said it was in stock and would be shipped the next day.

I emailed them Feb. 18, 2008. Still had not received the Wii.

Got an email back on the 20th saying it takes 72 hours for them to receive payment from the bank and then it takes 3-5 days to process the order.

They said- Please bear with us as we are working hard to provide you with the merchandise you are requesting.

Than I tried calling. the answering machine said we are closed, call back during working ours, It was during working hours.

Internet said they had a horrible snow storm and phones were down.

It's now been 3 weeks and now the web sight is being revamped by someone and there is no way to find out anything any more

I've been ripped off and It's not a very good feeling
I think every one should know that these people are not very nice people and no one should buy anything from them
