I ordered a dora t.v. and dvd player on 02/03/08, their site advertised free shipping, the total was $107 so i went through the checkout and of course, it stated $0 for shipping so I put in my mastercard information. I received an email the next day telling me that the shipping was not free, it was $19.99 and asked how I wanted to proceed with my order. I told them that since their site advertised free shipping and that was not true to not proceed with my order. I never received anything else from them.

On 02/17/08 my mastercard was charged $113. They refigured their shipping charges and charged my card for more than was ever authorized to begin with and over 2 weeks after they were told to not proceed with the order. I emailed them 2 times, but OF COURSE, NO RESPONSE! I called and talked to someone who said that they never received an email from me saying not to proceed with the order. I told her that was not true, I have the email saved that I sent them. She said they would cancel the order but there's normally a restocking me. I told her that I should not be charged a restocking fee because this was all their fault. They advertised free shipping, that was not true, then they asked me if I wanted to proceed with my order, I told them no, then they charged me more than they were ever authorized to start with. She said she would note the records and someone would get back with me. I received one email stating that my order was cancelled and if my credit card was charged, it would be credited back within 7 days.

I have called and called, I get the same message as the other person, they're closed, call back during normal business hours. sent several emails, nothing! Now there's something else on their site, it doesnt even take you to their normal bluebeartoys.com site. So anyways, after trying to get in touch with them for over a week now through emails and numerous phone calls, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I'm out $113, no t.v. or money!

Is that http://www.bluebeartoys.com/

If so, you have your Dora the Explorer TV and DVD player, eat the shipping and call your credit card company and get a new card number.
