Blue Bear Toys Non-One Day Shipping Brooklyn New York

I made my purchase at approximately 12:00am on Saturday (12/15/07) and paid ($90.80) for One day air shipment. I took into consideration that it was the weekend and that it might ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday at the latest.

It is now Wednesday and I have contacted Blue Bear Toys inquiring about why my product still has 'Will Ship' on my status for my purchase. They informed me that it is getting ready to ship and will be at my place of residence before Christmas. They did not offer to refund my shipping and I believe they should have taken the option off of the site when they realized they couldn't ship the orders out fast enough.

I wouldn't be so angry if I hadn't of paid nearly one hundred dollars for shipping or if they tried to refund it. But alas I am still here waiting for my item, now expecting it on Monday. I myself will never do business with this company ever again.
