Blue Green Resorts - Blue Green Corporation - Blue Green Timeshares ripoff sold a timeshare in Pigeon Forge with questionable techniques and misrepresentations Pigeon Forge Tennessee

Blue Green Resorts (Corporation) operates a high pressured sales office at the Blue Green Resort in Pigeon Forge. The salesmen use questionable techniques and misrepresent important facts with regard to the resort, the ability to use the "time", and the acutal cost (annual cost and the cost of buying a timshare
versus rental).

I have tried for several years to use my "deeded" week at other Blue Green Resorts (and other co-operating timeshare companies)without any luck. I have requested financial information from Blue Green without any luck. They operate the resort in Pigeon Forge for their benefit and charge owners a large maintenance
fee ($400+/week).

Blue Green is not a reputable company and does not work with the clients that purchase timeshares, all they care about is the "first sale" and closing, then you are on your own.
