Blue Hippo took money out of bank account accumulating around $1,600.00 told us what we wanted to buy a desktop computer they had no more and to choose something else. Baltimore Maryland

Origionally order a desktop bundle for $999.99 accumulated overtime that amount and never got the desktop bundle because they said they didn't have anymore in stock or was going to have anymore in the future. They said we can go shopping on their website and choose what to buy with the accumulative money $1600.00 which they took out of bank account monthly reaching the ammount over $1600.00. Ordered a camera costing 600.00 and received in the mail a camera but not the one ordered went to website saw the camera which we received was only 400.00.

Called bluehippo again and told them what had happened they credited us $1200.00 and to go shopping on the site but we didnt want too we wanted the money back and soon after that the website went down and phone number didnt work. Didn't recieve the item ordered and don't know how to get money back. They where still continuing to take out money monthly told Bluehippo to stop and the bank but continued ended up closing account and making a new one with bank to stop the money being taken out of bank account.
