Blue Hippo Got taken in by the seemingly good deal. All lies. Canceled before shipment arrived, they assured me I would get a refund, that never happened,. They were very rude and unprofessional. Baltimore Maryland

Back in 2008 I saw an advedtisement about Blue Hippo computers. Pay nothing now, warranty, free $200 gas card (should have known better) free printer, rebate, 0% interest. $99 would be taken out of my account every 2 weeks.
While channel surfing I came across the news and low and behold they were talking about Blue Hippo and the ripoff. Immediately called Blue Hippo, was on hold for 45 mins, they picked up and became increasingly belligerent. A phone operator name David told me if I thought I waited a long time before, that if he hung up I would have to start all over again. I was assured I would get a refund.
Needless to say I never received my refund (which totaled almost $600), and they still tried to get more money from my bank account, thank goodness I blocked them.
