Blue Mountain Chrysler Liars and Rip offs Collingwood Ontario Cabada

It all started when I put a $500 hold on a 2005 Dodge Magnum through them. They told me that if I wanted to go elsewhere, they would refund the money. Nope. They made me buy the car or lose the money.

So I bought the car.

I traded in my 2003 Ram. They said they would pay off the rest of the truck when they sold it. They did not. I'm still being contacted by Chrysler Financial to pay the owing amount on the Ram.

The car is having problems. Nothing major, but every time I go there, they can't get it in. I'm a long haul trucker, so I never know when I'm going to be in town so I can't book in advance.

My rear windshield wiper and visor clip were broken when I bought it. The wiper took 6 months for them to fix, and I finally gave up and bought the clip myself.

As for warranty? Hah! I was told I would have an expended bumper to bumper for 3 years. I ended up with one for 6 months. When I asked them about it, they said there must have been a mistake. To just bring it in and they'll take care of it. Bull! They haven't touched it.

I get the run around when I come in. They still haven't cleaned the car... which they were supposed to do when they delivered it.

When I went to pick it up, I went in the back and watched some of the employees trying to forse the door open with a piece of wood, as they'd locked the keys in, and didn't go get the second set from sales....

My experience? Don't buy a car from them. They lie, and they don't stand by what they say.

As for financing.... don't trust them. I have automatic withdrawl with them, but they still keep saying I owe them money.
