i have been making payments for a dell computer through bluehippo funding,2/12/8. they take out $23.33 from my checking each week, the starting balance of $1,918.00 with a $99.00 deposit. my remaining balance is $962.19. i met all the requirements of the layaway agrement.
i called bluehippo on 12/24/8 and asked when i will get my computer,the customer service agent said he put the order in for shipment, would take 7-10 business days and its been over 12 days and i still havent got my computor. i did have a hard time understanding the customer service agent because of his foreign accent and i was shocked that i got through to talk to someone, i tried calling before and they put you on hold for a very long time. i heard on the news that bluehippo was scaming people, so i want stop this company from scaming me and anyone else.

I'm not saying you may not have a problem, but shipping is definantly delayed over holidays. If their shipping company doesn't count the holidays as over untill the second or third or something, it may have delayed things. What do they say when you call them? Maybe you can ask for a tracking number? Make sure it's not damaged before you sign for it, lol.
