The lenders response was typical of a Predatory Lender.

If the credet was so bad then why even start the mortgage loan process to begin with.

Why ask the buyer to pay for inspections/surveys/etc when the loan approval process is not even complete,

using the excuse, these are required inspections/surveys/etc that you must pay for immediately!

This is a simple matter, if one has bad credit then DO NOT even begin to process the mortgage loan and then the prospective buyer will NOT be paying money for absolutely nothing.

Protections need to be built in protecting the buyer not only the seller and lender.

The buyer is the client.

Disrespect in this case is high because the buyer was a War Veneran but in this country no one really respects Veterans they only USE Them for their benefit in fradulent ways.

You NON War Veterans need to endure the hardships we already have and next time fight the wars and protect the borders yourselves and the Veternas will sit back and watch you all fail miserably like you do in Business.

 Or your credit was just that bad that they exhausted EVERY lender they had on file to get you a loan. That process can take awhile. Sounds to me that they went above and beyond to try and secure a loan for you. YOU are NOT going to get a refund on any monies you spent in the course of securing the loan. It doesn't work that way. YOU went to THEM with your hat in your hands and basically begged for money. THEY did their part and went searching for a lender that would take YOUR loan. Since NO ONE wanted to take on your loan, it stands to reason that YOU are the issue. YOU are either too much of a RISK, or your credit is so bad that no company will EVER pick up your loan. WHY would you sit there and SLANDER them because YOU cant get a loan?? WHERE is that military honor?? I see you JUMP at the chance to use your "veteran" status in this report, yet when it comes down to it, you act like a commie. Build a bridge and get over it. YOU disgrace yourself sir!!!! HONOR, INTEGRITY, DISCIPLINE!!! The CORE VALUES of being a military man. Yet at the drop of a hat you dismiss ALL of it in favor of making YOURSELF look like a better victim. Its YOUR issues that are keeping you from getting a loan. THEY did all they could, contacted EVERY lender in their files to find you a loan. YOU are butthurt that YOU had to spend money and YOU will NEVER see it back. This is just the cost of trying to get a loan. Tell you what, try getting a loan from another bank and see how many more times YOU will have to shell out money for some inspection. I find your report to be BASELESS!!!! YOU are MORE of a fraud then what YOU have accused them of. Must be nice to live a life of double standards. I can tell you that YOUR actions here show us that there is NO HONOR in the military. NO INTEGRITY!!! Or if there is, none of it was passed on to you. So since this was in your report.......The realtor tried to blame us and the BNC National Bank Remained silent. Don't you think that the person/people whos job it is to sell property is going to have SOME experience as to what causes loans to be denied?? AND the bank was silent. Guess what..........
