Boardwalk ripped off my damage deposit Regina, Saskatchewan

I leasted an apartment from Boardwalk who refused to return my damage deposit even though they already had another renter on the back burner who was ready to move in at the moment I moved out.  I had a one year lease with them so although I broke the lease, they were out no money since they already had the the apartment leased.  In effect they were double dipping.  Watch out for these snakes, protect yourself if you deal with them, better yet, pass them by and look somewhere else.
