Bodyfitpro i was ripped off just like you! Las Vegas Nevada

I read all the reports against bodyfitpro. It happened to me too. They told me I would be credited for merchandise returned to them and then they claimed it never got there. Unlike many others, I did manage to get through to a "customer service" agent on more than one occasion. I was given all kinds of conflicting and confusing information by various members of their. The manager KAT treated me more rudely than I have ever been treated in my life. I tried to remain calm and ask questions politely, but she would not let me speak for one second...interrupting and yelling at me every time I tried to utter a word. And then she attacked me verbally.

I did file a dispute with my cc company. And I am filing grievances everywhere I can. Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can. The company is obviously set up in a way that they can "legally" steal from people.

I have looked into it and it is next to impossible to get the contact info on an owner of the company. They are concealing their identities. Their merchandise goes through Salt Lake City but their physical address in in Las Vegas. Their are no companies registered under the name bodyfitpro in Nevada or Utah. Their domain name is even registered via a third party proxy so that their names are not published on whois.com. PEOPLE I have hired a detective. I am not letting this go. I want to talk to a representative who with some accountability and I will not stop until I find one.
