booking.com Managers are cowereds and runway from problems not pay money Money to properties not paid Helsinki Internet

We do not provide our rooms to booking.com anymore, it took over than 5 months to collect money that belong to us, managers not answer calls and change their numbers when asking our money that belong to us, when forwarding clisents ther customer service pushing us to accommodate the customers also threthen that if we do not accommodae they will relocate and bill us adtional.

After accommodating all clients they unable to pay us over 5 months money and stop answing our calls, very bad for a company who advertise to be a multinational company, looks like they are spending money on something els and no money to pay, if you are booking with pay instant do not do this anymore.

If you have options to pay at the hotel it wont be a problem becouse you are actually paying directly to the property owners not the a company who have internet facilty and hiding on matters.

One stage we stop taking their customers and from some we collect money before they check-in due to the payment issues, be aware of this company, we are delaing with many other internet companies but they all pay ontime and assit personaly and failry to solve issues related to both customer matters and payment matters.

Do not book with booking.com you will be in trouble someday.
