I had service with Boost Mobile and decided to change cell phone companies.I made all the arrangements and had the number ported..The idiots at Boost electronically locked my phone so I cannot use it.I called Boost back and asked them to unlock my phone they said "you don't have an account with us..I said I did for the last 3 years and paid you automatically ,do you have a record of that..No ..you have no account with us..Unbelievable..They said "if you sign up for an account after a year ..we will unlock your phone..NO THANKS..I trashed the phone and got a new one..Bye Bye Boost Mobile..
