Boost Mobile Boost Sent refurbish broke phone St.Louis, Missouri,

I ordered a phone from boost mobile that was on sale a I phone 6s I received it on tuesday 2-21-2019 saturday it would'nt take a charge or come on. Even though it wasw a refurbished phone it never should have went out in 3 or 4 days. So i thought it was the cord to the chargerwent bought one for 18.00 from Boost.

That still was'nt the problem.. so I took it to the Apple Store since it is a Apple phone. AFter they checked it they informed me that the cord and the usb plug was the wrong ones Alxo they informed me that the battery was'nt any good either. The service guy checked it with a device that said it was 79% good when it should have been in the 90s since it was refurbised..

I took it back to Boost to try to get another one even though I BOUGHT A CHARGER AND CORD FROM THE aPPLE STORE CAUSE OF THE BATTERY. I was not going to buy a new battery for 49.00 when I had the phone not even a week. The cord I bought saturday that they said fitted all I phones was a lie even the guy at the Apple Store said so.

I tried to get a refund with my receit and they denied me my money back. And they said they was not replacing the battery even though I had paperwork stating that the battery was about to go out. B ut they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a battery.
