The company misrepresented that they accepted credit cards linked to flexible spending accounts and they don't. After several failed attempts to charge my FSA Visa card over the course of 2-3 days, the company admitted that they did not accept FSA cards. I then placed the order with my debit card and was told that the order was processed. At this point five days has elapsed from the original date I first tried to place my order, so I am anxious to finally receive my air purifiers only to find out the next day when I checked the status of my order on their website that my order had been cancelled even though my debit card was charged approximately $2500. I called and asked for Barbara who told me that my order was processed and would be shipped, however she was unavailable. I spoke to another representative, Sue, who could not explain why my order had been cancelled. I requested a refund and an email confirmation confirming that my order was cancelled. I have yet to receive either and am left having to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is truly deceptive and the staff are extremely incompetant.
