Be mindful of the rates of your electricity with Bounce.  They give very attractive rates, but as soon as it hits your next month after your rate has expired you'll be in for a surprise.  I was initially given a 4 cents a kwh for a month to month rate.  The description read that you go on a month of promotion for the thrift saver promotion, then you'll go to a competitive rate with the thrift saver plan.  So these two "Thrift Saver" descriptors are two different plans.  In my case, 4 cents vs 12 cents.  Oh my lord what a surprise my next bill was.  I immediate called to change my plan and I spoke to someone and they mentioned it would go into effect the next day or shortly afterward.  It occurred about a week after that, but to my dismay this was already into the next billing cycle and I was once again charged at the very high 12 cent rate on my next bill.  So even though I mistakenly didn't change my rate right after the promotional month, I made sure I did so but was a few days too late.  I'm currently working to try to get this fixed, and they're being diligent into looking into my plan change, however they've shown no records of my call.  I hope to have this resolved, and I hope my experience will give consumers information about these great initial rates.  First bill $50, second bill, $450, third bill $600.  This is ridiculous and certainly this is all that needs to happen to a few innocent customers for them to really make some money off of you.
