Bounce Energy Exorbitant Rate Increses , Internet

I signed on with Bounce's variable rate plan. I was perviously with Pennywise, and I was miffed because they had raised my rates a fraction of a cent each month until I felt I was paying too much after a year's time. I tried Bounce. The second month, they literally tripled my rate (in one month!) and I received an electricity bill as high as my house payment.

I looked online, and the rate for the third month was scheduled to be 5 times the rate at which I signed up--3 X higher than going rates elsewhere. I called, and the rep told me she would have her supervisor call me back with other plan options but that they were within their rights to triple my rates in one month. By the time the supervisor called me, I was very happy to inform her that I had another electric provider. 

The bottom line is that Bounce showed me very clearly, that if they legally CAN screw you, they WILL.
