I call it the Perfect Ticket Selling Scam. I am a disabled sixty-one (61) year old man that lives on a very fixed income. For my wife and I and friends to attend a special event is a rare treat for us. Last week I purchased tickets for an event in Orlando, Florida which we attended last night. The seating chart on the Box Office Ticket Sales website clearly showed section 102 of the CFE Arena immediately in front of the stage. I am 100% sure of this. I was told that our seats were located four (4) rows from the stage. When the four (4) of us arrived at the arena we were shocked to find that our seats were up in the stratoshere. I literally would have brought my binoculars if I had known where we would be sitting. I contacted Box Office Ticket Sales today and spoke to a sales agent and to a "Supervisor," by the name of "Josh." He had the perfect ticket sales scam answer, "we gave you the section and row and seat that you ordered." They completely dinied the seating chart deception. I informed them that I wanted fifty percent (50%) or all of my money back. They completely rejected the thought of any refund. I paid $290.50 for these four (4) tickets. What a scam!

Box Office Ticket Sales Offer

AUTHOR: Dan C - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 04, 2014

On Monday, November 3rd I was contacted via email by "Charla" from Box Office Ticket Sales of Chicago, Illinois seeking a resolution to this issue. I contacted "Charla" by telephone the next morning. "Charla" informed me that Box Office Ticket Sales would refund my money in full if I would first update, etc. my RipOff report. I trust that Box Office Ticket Sales will do so. When my credit card account is actually credited the two-hundred and ninty dollars and fifty cents ($290.50) that I paid for four (4) tickets to a October 23rd Thursday Evening event in Orlando, Florida, I will report that also! Hopefully, we will see good business practices in this case.
