Brake Performance What Warantee? Chatsworth California

I purchased their dimpled/slotted rotors 3 years ago for my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. All was fine for 3 years and then the front brakes started to pulsate badly. I purchased these rotors at the increased cost because they give a lifetime warrantee. In order for them to honor their warrantee you need to send the old ones back to them and that is understandable however until they receive them your car will be down. Brake Performance will not allow you to purchase a new set and then credit you when the defective ones are received. I sent the rotors back on 8-28-2017 and it is now 9-13-2017 and I finally received a tracking number for the replacement Rotors. They are being shipped UPS and are schedule to arrive on 9-20-2017. In all to get the replacements will have taken 23 days that my car has been laid up in order to get the warranted replacement. I own another car so it was more of a hassle for me. BE WARNED if you do have a problem be ready to loose the use of you vehicle for an extended period. If the rotors get to my house as listed in the UPS tracking system it will be 23 days total from the time I shipped the bad ones back to receiving the replacements. Most people cannot be without their vehicle for several days never mind weeks. In closing I would like to state that in most cases their warrantee is useless for the average Joe. If you want to weight  3 to 4 weeks for replacement parts then by all means buy from then if not stay clear. Their warrantee is a scam!
