I ordered drilled and slotted rotors. When I received them I had the were both for the right side. I called and spoke to Cassie who said there isn't a right and left side WRONG!

She wanted to talked to my mechanic, so he called her and then I drove out to get the correct rotor. This one was for the right side (left) but it was chewing up the new brake pads. So I called to return them. She gave me a problem so, my mechanic had to call again to explain the problem.

I was finally put thright to Devon, he agreed I could return them. I sent them back FedEx on March 17, 2009 they were signed for March 18, 2009. Still I have yet to receive my money back Cassie will not answer any e-mails or telephone calls.

So I just wanted to warn anyone who wants to buy rotors do NOT use this company they are a rip off and my mechanic said the rotors are no good (he used a much harsher word)
