Bret Watkins Watkins Services Bret Watkins from Watkins Services Scam stole $3500 from me Orlando Florida

In August 2011 I purchased a 1990 Mack Dump truck from Bret Watkins on Ebay for $13500. I deposited the money on his bank  account 4 hours before I twent and picked up the truck. When I got to the place the truck was there but it would not start and did not even belong to Mr Watkins. When I called him he said he alreaddy transfered the money to the owner who denied the transaction.

Mr watkins agreed to refund the full amount to me in 3 business days. it took him at least two months to transfer $10000 back to me. After that he promised to pay the balance within a couple of weeks but never did. I tried to take him to court in Orlando FL, he did not show up and that's when I learned that he fled the country. I have been trying to resume communication with him since but in vain.

I don't know what to do at this point, $3500 is a lot of money. Any kind of assistance will be appreciated.
