Bret Watkins Watkins Services RIPPED OFF $13,400 orlando Florida

In February, 2013, Mr. Bret Watkins contacted me directly via email and text message that he has 2 used Mack Trucks for sale. We agreed at the price of $18,400 which I wired the money via bank transfer from my account to his bank account. I sent a total of $18,400. He stopped responding to my numerous calls and emails. Since then, I have not received any truck. In June 2013, I emailed him that I will report this to the police and FBI. He wired $5,000 back to me on June 12, 2013 leaving a balance of $13,400. I have not been able to contact him since then as he has disconnected the phone number I have for him (407-223 7483). I believe that he is still doing business and has refused to answer my calls or emails since June, 2013. I have contacted the FBI but was told that they only get involved if the amount is at least one million dollars. I have all the emails records, bank transfer records and proof of the money I had sent to him.
