He has been in court a lot recently and has lost case after case the Tax Dept won Judgement for $158,000 , he tried to blame some one else and claimed to have a brain tumor, in another recent case the judge simply said  "i do not believe You" and awarded a multi Hundred Thousand amount against him....

He was involved in a 1 billion dollar carbon credit scam in the Philippines that failed , the tribes he cheated placed a a curse on him and it appears to be working as it appears bankruptcy is imminent.
