The Deputy Commissioner of Taxation obtained judgement against Brett Goldsworthy for the sum of $158.626 AUD..... Case Number 2010/00101305... (SydneY District Court)

There is a further twist to this story ,apparently Goldsworthy gave the Company that the debt was incurred to a unsuspecting 3rd Party , without disclosing to the third party that there was this massive tax debt....... Goldsworthy claimed the reason he was giving the Company away was he was dying of Cancer.. What a Pathetic, Delusional Wanker this guy is.

Karma is catching up with this lying , cheating, conman the Curse placed on his head by the Tribes of Mindanao appears to be working as he has lost a number of cases this year , and will no doubt lose a few more before the year is over... Goldsworthy has a string of Victims his most notorius was his attempted 1 billion carbon credit fraud in Mindanao, Philippines...
