Brett Goldsworthy DIAMONDS TO DUST. Fraud. Perjury, Lie's ,Cheating, Westleigh, Nationwide

DIAMONDS TO DUST:  The bizarre  story unfolded in a Sydney Court last week where serial litigant Goldsworthy was trying to sue respected businessman David Diamond for a massive tax bill incurred by Goldsworthy. At the critical time Goldsworthy caved in and it was all over..

WAS IT BECAUSE:
(1)The judge warned there were serious fraud implications for the loser.
(2) The TV Station that had exposed Goldsworthy Carbon Credit Frauds were waiting downstairs.
(3) A number of victims of his other frauds turned up at the court.
(4) A judge had recently described him as "UNBELIEVABLE"
(5)His case had no merit.
Regardless of the reason Goldsworthy has had a bad run lately , he,s lost 5 court  cases in a row, his Accountants have given him the flick , most respected Legal Firms won't touch him due to unpaid fee's
It appears he is relying on his father and father in law to continually bail him out.
Channel 7 have also EXPOSED a "CHARITY FRAUD"    involving Goldsworthy.
