brighthouse internet service is very poor lakeland florida Nationwide

I changed from verizon dsl to brighthouse internet so I could steam movies. In a 4 week time period 8 repairment came out and today will be number 9. I was told the first two times nothing was wrong. Then I lost my sevice while the next 2 was here. So they had to admit I had a problem. The next one replaced the drop from the road. The next one did some changes in the the echo modem. The next one replaced the modem. The two lead tecks they sent both said I needed to up grade my service from 15 mbs to 150 at an extra cot of $50 A MONTH So I up graded. NO CHANGE in service. Both the lead tecks said the lines on the road way was the cause, they are very old.

Both said brighthouse was replacing the lines in this area and it would be done by the end of last week. As of today no lines have been replaced. No one in the local office knows anything about lines being replaced. I went to the office yesterday to complain. Since 8 mens has been here in 4 weeks i was given the extra $50 off my bill. I WAS TOLD BY 4 officer workers that I should not need 150mbs to steam movies. The men that come out here try to claim it is netflex, I ten tell them it is not only netflex but hula, popcorn, crackle, news, nbc, cbs, abc. you tube and all sites that has any videos. They scrach there head and say well I don't know what is wrong.
