Brian Dishonest company

 I bought a Hotspot from Walmart that had a Straightalk capability with Verizon signals. I first started out with a 1 gig a month plan because I as a freshly hired new employee had very little money. I upgraded to 2 gigs a month and more recently upgraded to 5 G. I had noticed my data balance disappearing suddenly when I tried to use it by downloading podcasts just before the start of a new billing cycle. I had just paid for another month of service and downloaded less than 1 G when I ran out of data on my hotspot. I called straightjackettalk and waded through the screen readers to a management person who wasted over an hour of my time on my phone only to tell me that I indeed was out of data just like her underlings had stated. I am the only person using the password protected hotspot, and there are no other computer users living close enough to my hotspot to hack it. Both of my laptops had been set up to ask permission before downloading updates. One of my laptops contains Windows 7, and the other one that I actually use 98% of the time has linux installed.
