Broker Price Opinion contracted with me (I am a realtor) to perform visual/drive by appraisal services for homes being foreclosed in the Boise, Idaho, area. We agreed to $45 to $70 per appraisal. Between February and April of this year, I submitted 14 appraisals. My inquiries for payment have been met with rudeness and false promises. When I inquired again today, the person in accounting offices hung up on me.   I contacted Better Business Bureau in Colorado but to no avail.  They keep stonewalling and promising payment at 'later date'.  They contact name they provided BBB is a cover.  No one is ever available or they lie.
