Bsleep.com ripoff Wrong Item sent Buyer Beware! Won't return calls Voice mails full Phone won't pick-up Poughkeepsie New York

We purchased the "Nature's Comfort 5000" a supposedly 100% talaly latex mattress and box spring from bsleep.com. What I actually received was a cheap firm polyurethane foam.

I have left several messages with bsleep.com but have had no return calls. The voice mailbox for my "sleep expert" and customer service were both full (several days ago and last night, respectively). I tried calling today and the phone does nothing but ring -- no more ability to leave a voice mail. Here is a summary of my BAD experience:

When I unpacked my mattress I noticed it was very firm polyurethane foam. IT WAS NOT THE LATEX BED THAT I ORDERED!!!

I was / am quite upset, disturbed, etc... I was told several times over the phone that I would be getting Talalay latex from LI (I called to check on it a couple of times because it was delayed). I have been experimenting with a few different latex cores and some PU foam, so I know the differneces in the feel. I definitely did not get my latex bed.

I am a very patient man. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but when they repeatedly told me that I was getting a latex bed, and that "they were watching my bed being built" and that it was indeed LI latex, it makes me quite upset that I didn't get the bed that I ordered.
