Ordered a $1600 Latex bed at the end of January, took forever for delivery, but did receive it. Seriously doubt it's latex at all, it's hard as a rock. Tried to get used to it, but wake in pain within a couple hours. Waited my 60 days, tried to call to schedule the return as per the company's warranty, no one answers phones or responds to emails. Looked up company on smartpages.com, called the local phone number, and got the recording that it's no longer in service.
I actually drove to this place, and met people - they do have a show room, and a warehouse. When I was dealing with them in February, I got the same stories people are getting now in May - full voice mail boxes, they're moving in 2 weeks, so aren't going to "fix" things until they move, etc etc.
Can't believe I got scammed like this. Will next try getting in touch with the Poughkeepsie Chamber of Commerce to see if they have any info. I will also try to see if Master Card can help me.
DO NOT deal with this place - you'll be very sorry!!

I read several posts on this website and other websites too about this company. It seems like they are no longer in business but you say they are now located in Kinghston.
Did they changed names like it seems they did in a couple other complaints? Are the two cities 1-2 hours away (why would Will give a whole hour window?) or 20 min away as Patrick says in a diffrent complaint. Why would Will say they are so far apart since I looked up the 2 cities in mapquest and it shows theyare less than 20 miles apart. Why is Will trying to say they are so far apart if they relly are not?
Ginny, when you visited the 2 diff places did you see if the same people were running the business and did they change the name of the company like Al says in a different complant?
I would like to know because I was looking at differnt beds and had looked at foamexperts but don't want to do that unless I know they are a good company. There are others I was also looking to buy from but their prices are not as good.

Company began answering their phones again early June 2006. Now located in Kingston, NY, doing business out of the home. I drove my mattress to them, and have received a full credit. This has been resolved to my complete satisfaction, although it did give me fits being unable to contact them for so long.
