BurstNET has claimed to be a world wide leader in web hosting and internet solutions, but they are far from it. On two occasions they have failed has available tech support. Keep in mind they claim on several areas of their website that they have 24/7 Tech Support.

I have a website through them. I have paid them (always on time) for over 5 years and two weeks ago the site suddenly went offline. I confirmed no billing issue or technical issue on my end. My next step was to contact them and I was successful. After a few minutes of speaking with a tech support person I was suddenly disconnected for no reason. I figured it was a phone issue, so I called back a few minutes later and I was continually routed through to their 24/7 tech support line which dropped me off into a voicemail. I attempted to call the tech support until 3am with no response. I emailed, opened online support tickets and did not receive any response until the middle of the following day.

They had no explanation why the site went offline, no explanation why the 24/7 tech support was unavailable and they simply said, give the site 24 hours and it "should" come back online.

Unfortunately I have a online store which suffered heavily from the lack of communication and professionalism from BurstNET.

More recently I have another problem with the website and I have not been able to get a hold of any tech support or sales or customer support all day (on a Tuesday regular working day).

They do not have 24/7 tech support, they do not respond to emergencies that they create, and they have no regard for your business. Do not depend on this company.
