I received a call from this company on Monday, Jun. 14.  I had spoken with Phil or Chris and about getting an LLC setup.  They where telling me that if I gave them $1000 that they could get me qualified for a line of credit of $25,000 in 5 weeks. I would have to but 10 hours a week into the program and would get setup with a coach. This coach was supposed to walk me through the steps of how to get the credit of $25,000. They said that they would finance the original price of the program $2490.00.

I told them that I couldn't do that at this time, but they insisted that I acted quickly because the package deal would no longer be offered.  I was told that I would have a 3 day period to cancel the transaction after funds where accessed.  I agreed only if they waited until Thursday, Jun. 17 to access funds.  Phil or Chris asked his supervisor John if it was ok and he responded that it was. They told me that would contact me on Thursday and at that time they would access funds.  After shortly hanging up I decided that I was not interested and tried to call the number back (702) 966-7500, but could not get an answer.  It rang and went to dead silence.

I was convinced that it was a scam after that and called goldwares.com.  They were the ones that setup the call. They took my info and told me that they would have someone contact me the next day (which they did not).  I received a call on Thursday morning from (321) 445-0709  @ 10:39 AM CST and immediately told them that did not want the services.  The guy that called was not the original person I spoke with on Monday.  He stated that he would let them know.  At 11:21 AM CST I received a call again from the same number and it was Phil or Chris asking about why I decided to not go through the process.  I told him that I was just not interested and not to take the funds.  He agreed not and hung up.  At 12:11 PM CST I received another call from Phil or Chris and he stated they had already ran my card and that they would have to refund me.  I asked how long would that take and he stated that it would refunded in 24 hours.

I had previously contact my bank about the transaction on Monday, Jun 14. to see if it was possible to stop the transaction. I was told that I should contact the company first and see it it could be cancelled.  I received an email from them about the purchase shortly after Phil or Chris contacted me.  He told me to go the the website www.bbdnv.com and send an email to let them know that I cancelled, which I did.  I also replied back to the email that was sent to me after I received it. The address was clientservices@bddnv.com.

I did not received a response back and I have tried to contact both numbers and both where unreachable.  It is now Tuesday, Jun 22 and my funds have not been refunded.
