Ordered radiator for OLD pickup truck and they didn't ask pertinent questions-E.G. "Is it a 4X4" or "What engine does it have" Naturally they sent WRONG ONE and when I called they said I had to pay RETURN FREIGHT AND 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE! I IMMEDIATELY called Amex and disputed charge. It took 3 months but Amex cancelled payment-they HAD TO as this stubborn idiot insisted that I PAY ffor HIS error.
