buyaradiator.com Sent me a radiator that did not fit the make and model I gave them -- core was 6 in narrower not available Internet

On 12-11-2015 I ordered a replacement radiator for a 1990 Chevy Beretta GT V6 3.1 litre engine. The radiator arrived OK in 7-10 days shipped via FedEx.

On installing it, I noticed the core was about 6" narrower than the original radiator. The plastic ends and intake and outlets were the same as the original radiator. I attempted to make it work anyway, but because the blower fan is offset to the driver's side, the narrower radiator could not be made to work as the hose connections were right where the fan was supposed to go, and the fan could not be centered on the core because there was not enough room between the radiator and the motor.

So I went to a local auto parts store and ordered a radiator, checking the core size before I took possession of it. I installed it with relatively few problems. I did end up having to put in a new thermostat to make it work right.

So now I have a radiator I can't use, so I contacted custormer service to see if I could return it for at least a partial refund. I was informed that all sales were final and no refund would be given. They did offer store credit, if I paid shipping on it.

The business model seems to be to undercut prices of other sellers and not worry too much about whether they send you a radiator that actually fits your car, since it's non returnable anyway. Lesson learned, I will not be buying anything from them again. I would advise any one else thinking of doing business with them to take their business elsewhere. The radiator will be going to the recycle station!
