buyaradiator.com Radiator Rip Off? Internet

I ordered a radiator from this company on August 28, 2015. I was told by the sales rep that it would take 2-3 business days for my mechanic to receive it. Their web site says they ship FedEx and will arrive in 1-5 business days. It took 6 business days for my mechanic to receive it. My mechanic called me and said that they could not use it because one of the tanks had a hole in it. I notified buyaradiator.com, their sales rep Lilly, and she said I had to go on their web site and fill out a warranty report and submit it. She also said that someone would call me the next day. Instead I received an email telling me that they had contacted FedEx to pick it up on Sep 9th and the manufacturer would send another radiator to my mechanic. My truck has been out of commission now for over 2 weeks because of this company. I purchased a radiator from them because I saved $160, but, along with the savings came $300 worth of grief. They have yet to fulfill their end of the deal, but they do have my money. Don't buy from this company. I have yet to determine if they are legitimate or not.
