BuyBackWorld Failed to pay what they quoted me Astoria, New York

I went to this website and received a quote to buy back my HTC Incredible 2 phone. I quoted the phone as 'Good' condition since I had it for a little over a year and it was indeed in Good condition with minor wear (I always had a case on my phone to protect it). 

On their website they quoted me $75 for the buy back price they would pay me (and that was if I included the battery and wall charger). I followed the instructions for sending my phone, battery, and charger in with the pre-paid label. I even sent the phone back in a nice FedEx box to protect the phone. I spent over $6 in quality packaging to make sure the phone arrived in the condition I sent it in.

Several days after sending it back in I received an email stating the phone 'Has Failed Inspection'. They said the overall condition was "Poor - with multiple burn marks on the LCD screen" and they were offering me $10 or to mail it back to me. I immediately questioned this accusation as I knew there were no burn marks when I sent in the phone. And I already spent $6 in packaging alone so to only be paid $4 for a great phone in good condition was a slap in the face.

I clicked on a link for Live Chat on their website but it sent me to a link that said Live Chat was not available. Instead it wanted me to send them an email. So I did. I sent them a very detailed email on and I even explained to them that I took a picture of my phone before I mailed because I was afraid it was a scam. I asked that a Supervisor/Manager inspect the phone and please call or write me back on their findings. Almost a week went by and I still hadn't received any communication back from them. So to be safe I clicked on a link in the email they sent me requesting them to send the phone back to me at no charge.

To this day I still have never heard back from anyone at this company, and I truly think they don't know what 'Customer Service' is.
