Buybackworld Dreven holdings llc Scam and a poor excuse for a company dealing with customers especially in this economy Internet

I am a single mother and of course finances can be difficult so I thought hey I have old electronics let me try this company and make a few extra bucks to have for my baby. I found this website buybackworld it seemed awesome and they gave me the highest quote for my phone I sent it in which I was initially a little iffy about but I thought in trusting this known company. I sent my phone in and they sent me an email saying I did not tell them the proper phone so instead of my phone being worth 46 like they promised they told me it was worth 2 after several emails and trying to call and leave customer feedback and use their live chat which by the way nothing worked you could not reach anyone or leave feedback it was the worst experience of my life lesson learned and I am still fighting to get my money or my phone back please do not use this company it is not worth it they should be ashamed to call themselves a business and if they are reading this I hope you feel happy for taking money that was for my son ;(
