Cabinets4less Chris Montoya Will not refund my money for cabinets that they did not deliver Mesa az

I purchased cabinets from Cabinets4less on 1/14/2020 based on information multiple times verbally from employees, on their website/yelp, and visually in their showroom at 535 W. Iron Ave., #129 Mesa, AZ 85210. The cabinets were paid for in full on January 30, 2020 for the amount of $16,811.06. What was delivered to my home on January, 31, 2020 was not what I purchased. The cabinets don't look or have the same finish as what I was told and what is on display in their showroom. They are also, damaged beyond repair. I refused the cabinets based on

Cabinets4Less not delivering what I ordered. !The owner, Chris Montoya, will not return my money in full. I have tried calling, texting, and meeting with him in person. He is a lying con artist scammer. He does not care and will not even look at the cabinets that were sent to my home, nor will he look at the many pictures I took.

I am entitled to a full refund since they did not produce the advertised product I purchased. He is in possession of his fraudulent poor quality cabinets AND my money. I am in disbelief of the way I have been treated, deceived, lied to, and robbed. I have written and sent certified mail a demand letter that demands he return my money in full on or before 2/10/2020.
