Received order on Aug 23rd 2013 with several damaged pieces. notified Tracy in their office, sent pics of damage from shipping. She said they ship the new pieces out right away. 10 days later nothing. I contacted Tracy again, she apoligized and said she would get with the distributor and get them shipped out right away. 10 days after that i tried to contact Tracy but was told she was no longer with the company, but Mike said he would get my pieces out right away. never saw them.

On Oct 20th Mike told me the pieces were shipped. I never got them. Now I can't get a response from the company. I have been Lied to several times, with proof in emails to back it up.

It is now 2 1/2 months later, Nov 7th and no pieces to replace the damaged Cabinets. My Kitchen has been torn apart since August. I can't order Counter Tops or flooring yet because of the missing pieces have stalled my job.

I thought I was saving a few bucks, but this has cost me Thousands in delays.

BUYER BEWARE!!
