Cajun Fitness Customer Service at it's WORST! Rayne, Louisiana

Cajun Fitness' customer service is the worst I've ever seen! Their employees are RUDE! Maybe they do not get paid enough... or maybe Cajun Fitness just hires young kids who do not care! Well..actually.. Yonnie & Lydia aren't too young & they've been the rudest!

I tried contacting Lydia about an issue I had & initially I was not upset about it- only became upset after numerous times to contact her & she was never available & never returned my phone calls-- HELLO... your the manager!!!

The fitness instructors-- RUDE as well!!! I've been in a class & stayed for the following class... well as soon as some of the members walked out of the room, the "Instructor" was talking about them-- and it wasn't good!!! They are very catty- AND it seems like they can't keep the nice instructors around, they've had 1 or 2... but they did not stay very long.... not surprised!!!

The personal trainers.... I've heard a personal trainer talk about everyone that passed by.. while they we're training a client!!!!

Unprofessional, cheap & greedy... are the best words to sum up this so called "health club!" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ARE MONEY!!!
