Cajun Fitness Takes your money! Rayne Louisiana

I had signed a contract with Cajun Fitness for my daughter. My daughter quit going so I wanted to pay off the contract. We contacted Cajun Fitness and they told us the pay off would be $205 through the end of the month (Nov). My daughter went in Nov 28, Nov 29, and Nov 30 only to find they were closed for Thanksgiviing. In the numerous phone calls to Cajun Fitness (spoke to a "yonnie") she never once mentioned they would be closed. Understand I do not live in Rayne but in Lafayette. She only told us the amount of $205 would be good to the end of the month. My daughter went back yesterday and they not only went up $10 on the buy out amount but they also still deducted $49.95 from checking account yesterday! It would have cost me less to have just continued paying the stupid $49.95 a month to the end of the stupid contract. Isn't this stealing?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I have filed a BBB complaint asking for my $60 back. I understand I have to pay to get out of the contract but not MORE!
