Cal-Tex Protective Coatings BEWARE FINE PRINT on Cal-Tex Contract Internet

I was NOT surprised to find other complaints from people for this company.  I purchased a "lifetime guarantee" contract from the dealer in 2005.  Recently, as my paint had begun to fade, I contacted the company to file a claim for my lifetime agreement.  To my surprise, the agent on the phone said that on the fine print on the back of the contract that this so-called "lifetime agreement" has to be renewed every 5 years or it becomes automatically cancelled.  I found this practice dubious at best, and will endeavor to make sure I pass the word about their business practices and encourage everyone I can NEVER to use their services again and to avoid purrchasing anything from this company ever.
