Pushy and deceitful sale people. After saying I didn't need their products over and over again, he finally says "Let me just send you some so you can see the quality". There was no discussion of price or quantity. I rightfully assumed he wanted to send a sample (As a contractor, I receive samples all the time from suppliers looking to earn new business). I said OK. He then took it upon himself to send hundreds of dollars of supplies and follows up with an invoice 2 weeks later. Now they're demanding payment and threatening a lawsuit. I offered to send the stuff back. They said they would send a return shipping label prepaid. I never received it. Nice for them that they get to call you up, bust your chops, pretend they want to send a sample, and decide for themselves how much they wish to sell that day. They are the worst.  The woman in collections is an animal.
