California Contractors Supply endless harassment, vulgar phone etiquette, no respect, rude, immature, complete lack of social skills and manners Van Nuys California

These guys have called me before, sometimes hanging up on me after I inform them that I don't want to purchase their tools. That's when its easy. All the other times, as soon as they hear "no" their tone changes and they become rude and insulting.

They know they can hide behind the caller ID blocker, so they just start spewing vulgar language and insults out of their mouths. 8 years in the Marines and I have never been spoken to the way that these guys spoke to me this last time. All because I don't want to buy tools from them.

"You won't buy anything from us because you're just a p*********************. Speaking of you're mom..." You can use your imagination as to where the rest of the conversation went. Then, after the call ended, they proceeded to call me back about every half hour, making silly noises, talking like the cookie monster, insulting me more, and so on. During the last call at the end of the day, two of the "little boys" were acting as if they worked directly with the owner of the company, Phil Kaufman, and they would try to get a message to him if I needed to file a complaint.

The problem with California Contractors Supply is this; They hire Marketing Companies to sell their tools for them. This eliminates California Contractors Supply of taking responsibility for the phone calls that people recieve from the ones REPRESENTING THEIR COMPANY. I called them directly to file a complaint, and they told me to just order something so they could get an employee ID number. Nice solution, but how do you tell an individual that has informed you more than once thet he fu@%ed your mother that you would now like to purchase something from him and expect him to believe you. You can't. That's why the "little boys" called me back and acted as if they could fix the issue.

The woman at headquarters in Van Nuys told me that there was nothing they could do because they don't know who makes the calls. But someone sure makes them alot of money, huh. Fact is, this company needs to get their act together or they need to be shut down.

It will be a snowy day in hell and a planet without tools before I spend a penny on this company!
