California Contractors Supply Harrasing Sales Practices, Combative Abusive Sales People Van Nuys, California

he runs the company and the salesroom, his number is 1800-423-2953 so call him with your whiney complaints. You contractors sell overpriced homes to people that cant afford them, shut your bankrupt company down after you raid the coffers for millions, then ask the government to bail you out, losers.

The 800 number listed on this complaint is NOT that of California Contractors it is my own personal small business. Had I known of this when report was first filed my response would have been immediate.

One item was purchased from this company and the sales representative repeatedly calls us after being told several times that we are not interested in their services. They call early in the morning at home and have been combative to my wife. They call several times a week. The most extreme incident was today. They called me and asked me if I had a minute to tell him me the specials. I told him I did not have a minute and wasn't interested in buying anything from his company again and he asked my why Not?

I replied that I was a small company and I didn't need anything from them in a long time and I was tired of them calling me and bothering me. He replied that he hadn't called me in 2 months and I told him that I got called 3 times last week and he said it wasn't him. That it was other "salesmen". I told him that I didn't care who it was that I didn't want to buy from his company and I don't like being called and I don't need dustmasks etc. from them. I asked him that while he was on the phone if I could speak to his manager, and he replied that he was thee was the "f****ing manager". I replied what was that?


And he said it again, I am the "f****ing manager buddy. I replied why was he talking to me like that I didn't swear at you why are you swearing at me? He replied, well I started it. I told him how unprofessional he was and he said well what does that matter you aren't going to buy anything from me anyway. I repeated how unprofessional he was.

He started reading some numbers to me, and I replied I didn't have a pen to write his phone number down and he said it isn't a phone number, that is your credit card number. I asked him if he was planingto charge a bunch of construction products to my credit card, he said he I was just letting you know I have your credit card number. I told him I thought he was a real class act and he then hung up on me.


We have repeatedly demanded that they no longer call us. They lied to my wife several times as well.

Anyway dont ever contact or buy from them unless you want to be harrassed!!!
