Canada Computers, Manager and sales reps of Mississauga and Brampton Stores Manager Brampton and Mississauga Store ...Be Aware Canada Computers will rip you off on restocking fee upto 40% on one item...They did it to me several times in Brampton, Mississauga, Ontario Canada

Too much to write about being ripped off by both store managers and sales reps in Brampton and Mississauga but I will cut the story short. These clowns have attitude problem and rip-off issues on the name of restocking fees. I build my i7 pc and bought components from these two stores, took their expert advice before spending $2500 on processor, graphic card memory, case etc. They refused to show me the actual casing when I brought it back for replacement they charged 15% and said why you didnt ask sales rep to open it and show you. I bought the refurbished MX Performance mouse came home and found the battery is missing, took it back they refused to check the other pack for missing content and said if I pen it there will be restocking fee even if contacts are missing. The graphic card they sold me their Technical Rep said it works with Linux, well it didnt but since I was 17 late the Brampton store manager refused to exchange with other one with different chipset, I drove to Mississauga and the store manager was glad to exchange the $195 card for 25% less due to so called their store policy of 14 days but again their technical specialist provided another VGA Card and took the first one for 25% less, but guys, you know what the other VGA Card was also not compatible with Linux so I took it back just after few hours, the same guy charged another 15% for restocking fee. There attitude is like you are trying to screw me I not trying to F you up blahblah. So all of you please think before stepping in Canada Computers. They make you to make mistake and wait for you to come back so they can rip you off in restocking, then repack and resale the same item for 100%, thats why you dont find much of the deal on out of box item. Anyway being as a frequent buyer I see in long run that this franchise is going down to the tubes for earning short term profit as have see other vendors. What they dont understand is that the market competition and deals from other vendors who charges little more but provide a great deal of satisfactory and on spot discount with no re-stocking rip off. One of their manager in Brampton store told me that my staffs time doesnt worth to explain the technical issues or taking the PC case to show to customer how it looks even if that thing is not on the display shelf. So guys buy their and you are own your own.
