Capital Accounts Unethical Collection Tactics Nashville Tennessee

Capital Accounts is a bottom feeder whose client list includes some of the sleaziest operators around. They have a collection arrangement with a company that is well represented on the web with an extremly large number of complaints: Senior Healthcare Consultants. Senior Healthcare Consultants and their various AKA's have teamed up Capital Accounts. I don't owe SHC a dime for leads. However, more than 9 years after my last contact with SHC, Capital Accounts contacted me with a bogus collection demand for lead fees I allegedly owe SHC. Capital Accounts has been continually harassing me with calls. I've advised them to stop and mailed a cease and desist letter to them as well. I've been keeping a log and have told them as much. I will, at the proper time, flip a mountain of evidence onto one of several law firms that is willing to go after those engaged in illegal and unethical collection tactics. To include times, dates, recorded conversations, alias names (collection people don't use their real names), etc... They've clearly crossed the line into harassment and are in clear violation of federal law, and perhaps laws in my state of residence.
