I have been called repeatedly by Capital Accounts and have told them to stop calling. Yesterday I sent a fax letter and within 10 minutes they called again!! I took pictures of my caller ID box and I intend to file a complaint against them. The debt they claimed I owe is from an old dental bill 4 years old that never contacted me because they over charged me in the first place. I called to get a street address to send the letter registered because I suspect they will not pick them up from the post office box but I kept getting hung up on and finally the guy wanted to know who was I and refused to give an address. If anyone has there street address please please post it. Thank you.
