They called a few days ago and left a message that it's important to call them back within 24hrs. I tried to call but there is only a voice mail. A few days later we got a settlement offer saying we owe CitiBank $2989.18 and we could pay $933.08 if we pay by 8/29/03.

Of course just like the rest of you trying to find more information on the company, I came across this web site. I have contacted the FTC.GOV and filed a complaint, and also did the same with Michigan Attorney general. Anyone with more information please let me know. I haven't talked to this company as of yet but Im sure they will call again.
